Based in the beautiful lakeside town of Taupo, New Zealand, I’m a certified WHM instructor, health coach, and someone who’s totally obsessed with helping you unlock your true potential through breathwork, cold immersion, and mindset shifts.

My own journey with the WHM started when I was told there was no hope left for my endometriosis and PCOS - and that I should just go ahead with a hysterectomy. But I wasn’t ready to give up, so I tried something radical: I started practicing the Wim Hof Method every single day - breathwork and ice baths - even in the middle of winter. Three months later, I was pain and symptom free! That experience sparked a fire in me to help others discover the life-changing benefits of WHM.

As a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor I’ve made it my mission to share the transformative power of WHM with the world. Whether you're looking to crush stress, boost your energy, improve your health, or level up your mental toughness, I’ve got the tools to help you get there.

What is the Wim Hof Method?

The Wim Hof Method goes far beyond the trend of ice baths and cold plunges. The Wim Hof Method reconnects you with your inner strength and innate ability to self-regulate and heal.

It is delivered through three powerful, scientifically proven pillars: breathing, mindset, and cold exposure.

Wim Hof Method Breathing

The Wim Hof Method breathing technique is a powerful respiratory and nervous system workout that directly strengthens and reshapes our physiology.

Through cycles of deep active breathing and breath retention, we train the body and mind to move skillfully between the sympathetic and parasympathetic states - building resilience to stress while boosting energy, immunity, inflammation control, and pain tolerance.

Mindset

The foundation of the Wim Hof Method is the mindset pillar - often called the “science of the soul.” It reconnects you with your innate wisdom and personal power, helping to manage anxiety and fear.

By uncovering and overcoming limiting beliefs, we train the mind to respond to challenges with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Cold Exposure

The third pillar of the Wim Hof Method is cold exposure. By intentionally stepping into discomfort - such as an ice bath - we push through barriers, face fears, and reconnect with primal parts of our brain that are often dormant in modern life.

Through cold exposure we rebalance the nervous system, strengthen the immune system, and build mental resilience. The body responds by releasing feel-good hormones, leaving us happier, healthier, stronger, and with a sharper mind and greater confidence.

  • The Wim Hof Method can be practiced by every healthy individual and, when practiced correctly, can contribute to a strong, resilient, and happy life.

    However, because the breathing techniques and cold exposure directly affect the physiology of the body, the method can have a profound impact on people with certain health conditions. If you are dealing with a serious medical or psychological condition, you must consult your healthcare professional before participating in any Wim Hof Method activities.

    Safety is always the priority in every session.

  • We advise against practicing the Wim Hof Method if you are dealing with any of the following:

    • Coronary heart disease (e.g. Angina Pectoris, Stable Angina)

    • Cold urticaria

    • Epilepsy

    • Kidney failure

    • Raynaud’s Syndrome (Type II)

    • High blood pressure (if you are taking prescription medication)

    • A history of serious health issues such as heart failure or stroke

    • Shortly after an operation

    • Pregnancy

    If you suffer from migraines, we urge you to be cautious with cold exposure, particularly ice baths.

  • No - beginners are very welcome. Your session is fully guided and tailored to your experience level, confidence, and physical capacity.

  • No. Cold exposure is always optional and fully guided. You stay in control at all times, and exposure is adapted to your comfort, confidence, and physical readiness.

  • Yes - you have the option to add a friend or partner to your private session for +$250.

  • Wild cold exposure experiences will be available soon. Please ask for current availability.

  • Yes. These can be tailored for wellness, high performance, stress resilience, team building, and retreats. Please enquire.

  • While the Wim Hof Method breathing technique is safe and highly beneficial for most people, it is a powerful physiological practice and is not suitable for everyone. Please do not participate in a WHM breathing class if you:

    • Are pregnant

    • Have been diagnosed with epilepsy

    • Have a history of serious heart conditions, recent heart surgery, or uncontrolled high blood pressure

    • Have experienced stroke, brain aneurysm, or other serious neurological conditions

    • Suffer from severe asthma or other serious respiratory conditions (unless cleared by your medical professional)

    • Have a history of fainting or loss of consciousness

    • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

    If you have any medical condition, are currently under medical care, or take medications that affect your cardiovascular, respiratory, or nervous system, you must consult your medical professional before attending.

    All breathing is practiced seated or lying down for safety. You must never practice WHM breathing in water, while driving, or in any situation where loss of consciousness could put you at risk.

    By booking and participating, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.

  • No - the WHM breathing class is suitable for all levels - no prior experience is required.

    • Comfortable clothing
